Annual Software Maintenance covers three standard items, plus assistance with setting up the Bassets Fixed Asset System.

Annual Software Update

We issue regular updates to ensure smooth performance and better functionality in our software. If it requires any technical assistance, we’ll be here for your help.

Setting up the Bassets product suite

Our team will walk you through the software setup over a call. The setup process involves the software installation, the conversion of existing data, and setting up the data entry screens.  It can take up to 3-5 hours to get everything up and running.

We’d also request information such as general ledger code structure and company structure (locations, divisions, departments, etc.), giving us a better understanding of the customer’s business rules.
